Further, we offer criminal defence in all fields of criminal law, whether general criminal law, narcotics law or capital crimes, sexual crimes including “me-too”-allegations and stalking, as well as for individuals serving a sentence.
We defend individuals, in particular managing directors, management and supervisory board members, and mid-tier and DAX-listed companies with regard to criminal law. We guide our clients through criminal proceedings and offer support on criminal law aspects in shareholder disputes, corporate disputes, internal investigations and board decisions under the business judgement rule.
